Terms of Service & Borrower Agreement

Welcome to Rupiya Plus. By accessing our portal, applying for a short-term cash loan or payday advance, or executing a digital loan sanction agreement, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before submitting your application.

1. Borrower Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a cash loan on Rupiya Plus, applicants must satisfy:

• Nationality: Must be a bona fide citizen of the Republic of India residing within Indian territory.
• Age Criteria: Must be between 21 and 58 years of age at the time of application submission.
• Employment & Income: Salaried employee or active self-employed professional with minimum verifiable monthly income of ₹15,000.
• KYC Documents: Must possess a valid PAN Card and mobile-linked Aadhaar card for digital authentication.

2. Loan Limits, Interest Rate & Repayment

Our short-term liquidity facility operates under transparent rules:

• Loan Caps: Loan amounts range from ₹1,000 to ₹1,00,000 depending on verified income eligibility.
• Simple Daily Interest: Calculated at 1% per day simple interest across the sanction period (7 to 45 days).
• Disbursal Method: Transferred electronically via IMPS directly into the borrower's registered bank account.
• Prepayment Flexibility: Borrowers can repay their balance on or prior to the due date without paying foreclosure penalties.

3. Borrower Responsibilities

By utilizing Rupiya Plus, the applicant confirms that:

• All submitted KYC, income, and bank credentials are authentic, current, and belong to the applicant.
• Repayments will be executed promptly on or prior to the sanctioned due date using authorized payment methods (UPI, Netbanking, e-Mandate).
• In the event of default or delayed payment, standard bounce/penal charges may apply as stipulated in the sanctioned agreement.
